Pankaj Dhume

Co-Founder, CEO

Pankaj brings over 30 years of international business experience across the US and India. As CEO of BMC India, he built a 2,500-person offshore operation supporting a multi-billion-dollar public software company. He has held senior leadership roles at multiple S&P 500 companies, with deep experience in cross-border operations and private equity transactions involving Bain Capital and KKR.

Gaurav Dhume

Co-Founder, President

Gaurav began his career in corporate and investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. He later served as Head of Finance at Darwin Homes, where he helped raise $50M and scale the company from 100 to over 10,000 homes nationwide. Having grown up between the US and India, he brings strong cultural fluency to overseeing company direction, client relationships, and operations.

Girish Khilari

CTO, Head of India

Girish brings 30 years of experience in the Indian IT industry, having held senior leadership roles at Fujitsu, EDS, BMC Software, Avaya, and other large international organizations. He has built multiple offshore engineering teams from the ground up, and is the core of Elliot's delivery and cultural retention model. He has also served as Chairman of Pune IEEE and VP of the Pune Institute of Computer Technology Alumni Association.

Reshma Kulkarni

Head of AI

Reshma brings 25+ years of experience leading AI and engineering initiatives across the US and India. She most recently served as Head of Gen AI at Persistent Systems, where she led cross-functional AI initiatives during the company's scale from 500 to 25,000 people. Her technical expertise spans multiple domains, with a focus on building and leading AI products across the enterprise, from design to production.

Girish Gadage

Head of Professional Services

Girish Gadage brings 25+ years of experience across the global IT services industry. He held senior roles at ServiceNow, Atos SE, BMC Software, Infosys, & RSA Security, working across the US, UK, EMEA, & India. His expertise spans infrastructure tooling, GTM strategy, global program management, and the design and scaling of specialized engineering practices, areas at the heart of Elliot's professional services delivery.
